Jessica Lindahl, DVM

Dr. Lindahl grew up near Howell, Michigan. She has special interests in dentistry, behavior and fear-free animal handling, and internal medicine. While growing up, Dr. Lindahl was actively involved in Livingston County 4-H and the Hartland High School Equestrian Team, and participated in many community service activities, as well as shows with her horse and dog.
She exercised her Spartan Pride while spending a number of years at Michigan State University for her undergraduate and graduate professional studies. During this time, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science in 2008, and subsequently, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2013. During her veterinary education, Dr. Lindahl was involved in several organizations, which included serving as co¬ coordinator for the MSU Pet Loss Support Hotline. She participated in the Miracle of Life Exhibit at the Upper Peninsula State Fair, and also assisted in the research of laminitis and insulin resistance in horses.
Dr. Lindahl and her husband, Mickey, have a new son named Jacob, and a mixed-breed dog, Boone, who is spoiled rotten! She enjoys running and exercising at the local gym, birding, escaping with Mickey and his family to their cabin in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and trail riding or camping with horses and friends. Dr. Lindahl is excited to meet you and your animals at your next veterinary visit!
